Masonry Fireplace Industries, LLC (MFI) was started in 2005 by a group of individuals who together, have nearly 100 years of experience in the fireplace manufacturing business. Our last venture was a highly profitable company with global sales that focused on fireplace distribution to national homebuilders.

Based in Santa Ana, California, MFI started operations in the later part of 2006. All of our fireplaces are listed with PFS under report number 08-154. We are currently rolling-out three factory-built fire-box sizes 39”, 44” and 49” designed for masonry fireplaces. These modular concrete fire boxes are the lightest weight in their class with the highest heat resistant strength on the market.

Since 1966 my partners and I have always believed in the need for a lightweight masonry fireplace. As a founding partner in MFI, I am proud to have taken part in the development of a proven production process that resulted in Mason-Lite, our premier product. Our factory-built masonry fireboxes are affordable, easy to handle, and consistent in quality.

With our many years of experience in the fireplace industry, we understand both what consumers want and what builders need to complete a project. Market research supports our belief that many homeowners would like to have a masonry fireplace in their home. At a cost of 50% less than traditional hand-built masonry fireplaces, Mason-Lite is more affordable than competitive products currently available in the U.S. Furthermore, with our lightweight design, upper-floor masonry fireplaces are now possible.
